The estate is located in the Main valley near Lichtenfels, in the so-called "Garden of God on the Upper Main". The complex was built in 1693 and has an almost circular floor plan with a diameter of 51 metres. Above the entrance gate are the coat of arms of Langheim Monastery and a Latin chronostichon with the year 1693.

The listed building from 1693 is architecturally unique. We want to develop it with respect for its history. There is no time pressure. The use may unfold organically.
In the long term, we see here a place where people work, research, learn and celebrate – a place where peaceful coexistence is taken for granted.

The region is characterised by floodplain landscapes, orchards and historic monastery complexes such as Kloster Banz and Basilica Vierzehnheiligen.
Gut Nassanger is located approximately 100 km east of the geographical centre of Europe near Veitshöchheim.
